easyJet pilots are hosting a series of free online lessons for primary school children currently learning at home, to help parents keep them engaged and entertained during lockdown. The lessons cover the basics of subjects such as geography and science, as well as demystifying the magic of flying. easyJet’s pilots will also be launching virtual school visits once kids return to the classroom as part of their Amy Johnson Initiative to encourage more girls to become pilots.

Captain Iris de Kan launches easyJet’s Flightsize Lessons at Gatwick Airport, West Sussex, which sees pilots fronting a new online learning initiative for children aged 7 -10, via the airline’s YouTube channel.
